Information we collect

When you send us a message through a form on this site — such as the Contact form or the Events & Groups inquiry form — we collect the details you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, event type, preferred date and time, number of guests, and your message.

We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not create guest accounts.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and help plan your visit or event. Messages submitted through this site are requests — they are not confirmed reservations until we confirm with you directly.

How your information is stored

Inquiries submitted through this website are stored securely and are accessible only to the Aziza team. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver email notifications to our team. These providers process information only on our behalf to run the site and respond to you.

Cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies and browser storage needed for the site to function. We do not use advertising trackers.

Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as Instagram and Google Maps. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply — we encourage you to review them.

Your choices

If you would like us to update or delete an inquiry you submitted, contact us at (754) 400-7178 and we will take care of it.
